How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by the carrier rates in Live Time. Know you will never pay more than what you would at the post office.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily use USPS to ship all orders.
Where do you deliver?
The United States. If you are international and would like to make a purchase please reach out to us so we can ensure the product needed will make it to you in time!

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 10-14 business days unless otherwise stated. For Example Pre-orders have longer turnaround times.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, Email us or shoot us a DM on Instagram and we will get that fixed for you.
How can I track my order?
Once your item is packaged up you will receive the tracking number for your package to use on carrier websites.
Why do Preorders take longer?
Preorders are just that! A product that does not have a set quantity of items ready. Times listed for all shipping are always a worst case scenarios. Items may ship earlier than listed time but never later without communication from me or my team.

How do I know what size to order?
Our sizing is below in inches
XS- up to 11"
S- up to 15"
M- up to 18"
L- up to 22"
XL- up to 25"
If your pets neck size is the exact size listed you can choose that size and snap only to secure, or you can size up and tie first before snapping. You can also further adjust fit by rolling to show the reverse fabric before snapping or tying and snapping
How do I wash my bandanas?
We recommend washing our Cotton bandanas on a Delicate Cycle on Cold or by hand washing them.
You may need to repress them once dry (avoid any vinyl and buttons with direct heat)
Specialty bandanas should be treated as spot clean only. Do not run sequined or trimmed bandanas through a washing machine.
